Owner: Pravara Rural Education Society (PRES)Under the vision of Late Padmashri Dr. Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil and guiding force Hon’ble Padmabhushan Dr. Balasahebji Vikhe Patil the Pravara Rural Education Society in affiliation with MPKV, Rahuri started College of Agricultural Biotechnology, Loni in 2003 and it is first Affiliated “A” grade college in Maharashtra and got A grade consecutively since inception.
First in Maharashtra the state of art well equipped college building was inaugurated by hands of renowned Hon’ble Shri. Sharadchandraji Pawar, Union Agriculture Minister, Government of India, dated 25/06/2006.
In addition College of Agribusiness Management started in 2011 and College of Agriculture was set in 2012.
