Admission Information
PGET-CET 2013 is only for those candidates (both sponsored and non-sponsored) who do not have valid GATE score or who have not attempted GATE examination and wish to seek admission to Post Graduate courses in Master of Engineering/ Technology in the various institutes in the State of Maharashtra.

Eligibility Requirement
Any person who has passed the examination for the degree of B.Tech. of this University or an examination of another University recognized equivalent thereto which is a four year degree course after HSC, with first class (60% and above or equivalent grade average) may be admitted to the M.Tech course (partly by papers and partly by thesis) in one of the branches of Technology mentioned below in which he registers as a post-graduate student. A 5% concession in the prescribed percentage of marks in the qualifying examination for admission will be granted to the candidate belonging to reserved category, with domicile in the State of Maharashtra. Any person who has passed with first class (60% andabove or equivalent grade point average) in any one of the following examinations or their equivalent. (Textile Processing/Chemistry), B.Sc(Tech.)(Textile Processing/Chemistry) of Mumbai University, B.Text(Textile Chemistry), B.E.( Textile Chemistry), B.E. (Textile Technology),B.Tech.(Textile Chemistry), B.Tech(Textile Technology), B.Tech.(Fibre Technology) from University ofMumbai or from any recognized University.
