उत्तर

  1. There are two causes for the population growth:

    1. There is a large percentage of people who are not yet fertile.

    2. Low levels of female education, poverty, a developing economy, and a lack of knowledge about birth control options.

  2. There are two ways to slow down population growth:
    1. Create a minimum marriage age and impose stringent enforcement of it.
    2. Teach the ladies how to prevent repeated pregnancies and how to maintain good sexual health.
  3. Effect of the rise of population: Rapid population growth makes it more difficult for lower-income and lower-middle-income nations to budget for the increases in public spending per person that are required to end hunger, malnutrition, and poverty as well as to guarantee that everyone has access to health care, education, and other basic needs.
  4. All people can use natural contraceptive techniques, which have no negative consequences on finances or health. Artificial contraceptive treatments come in two flavours: chemical (pills) or mechanical (surgery). Both have drawbacks and aren't always suitable for everyone.

  3. From days 8 to 19, you are considered as fertile. Prevent from having sex or avoid it altogether to prevent getting pregnant. On the other hand, these are the days to engage in unprotected intercourse if you're trying to conceive.
  4. You can have unprotected sex from day 20 until the conclusion of your cycle, at which point you are no longer fertile.
  5. Beginning on the first day of your following period, count backwards.
