3 face cards of spades are removed 

Remaining cards = 52 – 3 = 49 = number of possible outcomes 

n(S) = 49  

Number of queen cards left = 3 

Event of drawing a black face card = E = 3 

n(E) = 3 

Probability of drawing a queen card = n(E)n(S)=349
