Through 'The Sermon at Benares', the Buddha preached that death is inevitable and we need to overcome the suffering and pain that follows.
Based on your reading of the lesson, write how one should cope with the death of a loved one.

Death is the fate of all living things and not a single mortal can escape from it. Neither can a father save his son nor can anyone save his/her relative from death. Since death and decay are interwoven in this world, we should not grieve over it. We have to live according to the terms of this world and watch our loved ones being carried away when death touches them. Grieving or weeping over a loss does not give peace of mind to anyone. This further adds to the sorrow and leads to the ailments of the body. So, one should move forward in life and face the loss with strength.
