At the end of 18 months, Anuj asked for the delivery of the property many times but the developer did not respond.    2. To provide a fair amount of compensation for any losses made by the customer as a result of the other party's negligence.
   3. To provide punitive damages under suitable conditions.
   4. To stop the unfair or restrictive trade practices and ensure that it doesn't happen again.
