PROPOSAL  FOR  OLD  CLOTHES COLLECTION  DRIVE

On behalf of the students council we are organizing an old clothes collection drive so that we can donate them to an orphanage nearby. Our small initiative can give joy to someone. So, let’s celebrate this joy of giving week by helping others and getting a smile on their face. The drive will be proceeded as follows :

  • There will be box placed at the reception office so that people who have collected old clothes can drop the packets in that box.
  • This drive is for 4 days.
  • The clothes that are collected will be checked once by the council members to ensure that they are in good condition to donate.
  • The weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is when all the packets will be distributed to the orphanage.
  •  People who also want to donate the clothes individually can go the clothes and do it after reaching the orphanage.

We hope that everyone contributes for this drive and make it successful.
