425 shares of Rs 10 each at a discount of Rs 1.50.

No. Of shares to be purchased = 425

Rs 10 shares at a discount of Rs 1.50 =Rs (10-1.50) =Rs 8.50

Therefore, money required to purchase 425 shares

=Rs 8.50 x 425

= Rs 3612.50
