Nature of work An entrepreneur organises production, managers the business and takes all important decisions regarding production. Labourer is a paid worker and get wage in lieu of services provided by him.
Nature of Risk Involved An entrepreneur bears all risks involved in production. Labourer does not bear any risks, and except the risk of losing the job.
