Put x = 0

3 (0) - y = -6

0 - y = -6

-y = -6

y = 6

Put x = 1

3(1) - y = -6

3 -y =-6

-y = -6 -3

-y = -9 

y = 9

Put y = 0

3x - 0 = -6

3x = -6

x = `(-6)/3`

x = -2
