Two sources of external recruitment used in today ‘s world are :
a) Advertisement: Advertisement in a newspaper, business magazines, and the journal is a very common source for fulfilling the senior positions in an organization. The advantage of this method is that adequate information about the organization and the job can be given to allow self-screening by prospective candidates.
b) Employment Exchange: Employment exchanges register the names of job seekers and maintain records of their qualifications, experience, etc. These are run by the government and act as a link between job-seekers and employers.
