संक्षेप में उत्तर
उत्तर
The following are the types of fractures:
- Simple Fracture: A simple fracture shows no break in the skin and no wound. A bone breaks, but the skin over it does not.
- Compound Fracture: In a compound fracture, both the bone and skin break and there is a danger of infection.
- Linear Fracture: In a linear fracture, the breakage runs parallel with the long axis of the bone.
- Multiple Fracture: Multiple fractures mean more than one fracture in a bone.
- Transverse Fracture: Transverse fracture has a horizontal fracture line.
- Oblique Fracture: An oblique fracture is a break in the bone along the diagonal line.
- Comminuted Fracture: When this type of fracture occurs, the bone shatters into three or more pieces.
- Greenstick Fracture: In a greenstick fracture, the break occurs only partway through the bone.
- Spiral Fracture: A spiral fracture results when a bone is broken by a twisting force.
- Complicated Fracture: A complicated fracture is when bone or bones which have been broken cause damage to other organs or internal body parts, such as the lungs, kidneys, major blood vessels, spleen, or liver.
- Impacted Fracture: Impacted fracture occurs when broken ends of both the bones get driven into each other.
