A method is a form of strategy that specifies the stages or procedures to be taken to attain a given aim or purpose. It establishes a systematic strategy and specifies the sequence of actions or processes necessary to achieve a desired result.
Features of Method are:
- It is the standardised and simplified way of accomplishing any task.
- It is designed to achieve efficacy and economy in operations.
- Methods are the results of research and observations.
- Methods are always rational and logical.
- No penalties are imposed in case of violation of method of performing any task.

Through correct foresight and logical and systematic thinking based on analysis of all facts, all alternative was examined and evaluated. He promoted a plan to the farmers, where after harvesting paddy, vegetables could be grown.
