1. Equality is one of the three values guaranteed by the Preamble of the Indian Constitution to its citizens.
2. This is in terms of equality of status and equality of opportunity. 
3. Equality of opportunity emphasises the opportunity for development to every citizen without any discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, race, etc.
4. Equal opportunity means that all employees are treated as individuals and no judgments are made based on stereotypes; instead, all employees feel understood, appreciated and valued for their own set of skills, everyone is treated with fairness and offered fair and equal opportunities.
