प्रश्न
Find the S.P. in the following:
M.P. =Rs. 850, Discount = 16%
उत्तर
M.P. =Rs. 850, Discount = 16%
Discount % = `("discount"/"M.P." xx 100)`
⇒ 16 = `("discount"/850 xx 100)`
⇒ `(16 xx 850)/(100)` = discount
⇒ discount = Rs.136
S.P. = M.P. - discount
= Rs.850 - Rs.136
= Rs.714
Hence, the S.P. is Rs.714.
