Mercury completes its orbit in less time than the Earth.

Mercury is closer to the Sun than the Earth. Mercury lies at a distance of 59 million Kms from the Sun, while the distance between the Earth and the Sun is 150 million kms. Therefore, mercury takes less time to complete its orbit because its orbit is much shorter.
