प्रश्न
Just as 'words' can hurt and leave a scar on the mind and heart, words can also heal, a person in distress.
Write in your notebook an experience of your own which proves that kind words relieve distress.

A long time ago, I failed a very important test. I was really upset because I thought I had let down my family and myself. A soft knock on the door woke me up from my hopeless mood in my room. It was my mom. Instead of yelling at me, she sat next to me and said, "Failures are just stepping stones to success." This one finding doesn't tell us everything we can do. "You can do better next time, I have faith in you."
The things she said made me feel better. I didn't feel sorry for myself; instead, I was inspired and driven to work harder. Like she said I would, I studied hard and passed my next test with flying colours.
I learned from this experience that kind words can heal scars that can't be seen. They give people who are struggling strength, hope, and faith.
