उत्तर

Given, sugar required for one fruit salad = `1/2` cup

Sugar required for another salad = `2 xx 1/16 = 2/16` cup

∴ Required sugar = `1/2 - 2/16`

= `(8 - 2)/16`

= `6/16`

= `3/8` cup
