प्रश्न
Prepare a speech in about 80-100 words for the morning assembly, stressing on the importance of games and sports in ensuring a healthy body and mind.
उत्तर
- Life is a game and the world is a playground. We have to play the game of life with all our energy and courage. Games and sports help us to learn how to overcome the challenges of life. A sound mind lives only in a sound body. Sports and games are useful for the students who must have a balanced development of the body as well as the mind.
- Education is incomplete without games. Games are necessary to keep the body fit and trim. Moreover, they provide recreation. Students feel happier in a playground than in a classroom. Games also teach us that we should play a game for the game’s sake, not for victory or defeat. Games and sports also produce a sense of equality, co-operation, and fraternity.
