उत्तर
Total number of newspapers = 312.
Number of English newspapers = 216
∴ Number of Hindi newspapers = 312 – 216 = 96
The required ratio = `"Number of Hindi newspapers"/"Total number of newspapers"`
= `96/312 = 4/13` = 4:13
