∴ `2/3 + 3/4 + 1/2 = (2 xx 4)/(3 xx 4) + (3 xx 3)/(4 xx 3) + (1 xx 6)/(2 xx 6)`
= `8/12 + 9/12 + 6/ 12`
= `(8 + 9 +6)/12`
= `23/12`
Hence, `2/3 + 3/4 + 1/2 = 23/12`
