प्रश्न
The circumference of a circle is 440 cm. Find its radius and diameter. (Take π = `22/7`)
उत्तर
It is given that,
Circumference of a circle = 440 cm
So the radius = `C/(2pi)`
Substituting the values,
` = (440xx7)/(2 xx 22)`
So we get
`= 3080/44`
= 70 cm
Diameter of the circle = 2 × radius`
So we get
= 2 × 70
= 140 cm.
