Explanation:

Considering that every capacitor is connected in parallel, the equivalent capacitance will be

C_eq = C₁ + C₂ + C₃ + C₄

= 1 + 2 + 4 + 3 

= 10 µF 

Voltage of battery V = 20 V

We have, Q = CV

= 10 µF × 20

= 200 µC.
