प्रश्न
Two vertices of a triangle are ( -1, 4) and (5, 2). If the centroid is (0, 3), find the third vertex.
उत्तर
Let G be the centroid of Δ ABC whose coordinaes are (0 , -3) and let C (x , y) be the coordinates of thgird vertex
coordinates of G are ,
G (0 , -3) = G `((- 1 + 5 + "x")/3 , (4 + 2 + "y")/3)`
O = `(4 + "x")/3 , -3 = (6 + 4)/3`
x = -4 , y = - 15
Coordinates of third vertex are (-4 , - 15)
