What do Articles 28 to 30 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights deal with?

Articles 28 and 30 recognize every ones entitlement to a social and international order in which the human rights as proclaimed by the Declaration may be fully realized. They may be limited only for the purpose of securing respect and recognition of these rights and freedom of others. Thus, some duties and responsibilities are also laid down for individuals for their community.
