1. ₹ 15,000 in the form of a one-time grant contributed in equal measure by the Government of India, State Government, mill UNICEF, which may be used in the following ways:
   1. Working capital to procure raw materials and for marketing purposes.
   2. Honorarium to group organiser, which is not to exceed ₹ 50 per month for a period of one year.
   3. Infrastructural support for income-generating activities.
   4. Childcare facilities.
2. Travelling allowance at the rate of ₹ 2,000 per year for one year for the group organisers.
