1. Need for Achievement (N-Ach) -
   An individual's desire to succeed in competitive conditions and to use their talents to reach high levels of excellence motivates them to become entrepreneurs. This desire for success relates to dominating, manipulating, and organising human resources and ideas in order to achieve a tough goal. Entrepreneurship provides a platform for creative expression and personal growth. Entrepreneurship motivates people to be their best selves and to overcome difficulties through the application of their skills.
2. Need for Power (N-Pow) - 
   Power refers to the authority to influence and direct people. An entrepreneur is the owner of his enterprise and thereby holds the power to control its various activities. Moreover, a successful entrepreneur uses his power to fulfill not only his own personal interests but also at the same time can provide positive impetus to the society as well.
   
3. Need for Affiliation (N-Aff) -
   Everyone craves a sense of belonging. That is, he wants to follow the wishes and aspirations of the people he cares about. Although entrepreneurs are thought to have a low level of affiliation, this is not the case. Working for the satisfaction of one's family is preferable to working for self-fulfillment. For example, one may wish to continue with his family business and try to expand it. This is interpreted as a desire to belong. Thus, entrepreneurship satisfies the desire for affiliation and drives a person to choose entrepreneurship as a job to meet his social demands.
4. Need for Autonomy (N-Aut) -
   Autonomy is defined as the desire for freedom and independence. Unlike other professions, entrepreneurship allows one to be solely responsible for one's own actions. In other words, rather than working under another authority, entrepreneurship allows one to be responsible and accountable to one's own self. People are encouraged to pursue entrepreneurship as a career because of this freedom.
