With reference to Fundamental Rights, answer the following:
What are the components of the Right to Education?
उत्तर
This right has been granted by the Constitution (Eighty-six Amendment) Act, 2002. By this Act, a new article 21A has been inserted in the Constitution, which states, “The State shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of 6 to 14 years in such manner as the state may, by law, determine”. The Act also enjoins on the State to endeavor to provide early childhood care and education to all children until they complete six years of age.
