Without solving, comment upon the nature of roots of the following equations

25x² – 10x +1=0

Answer 1

`25x^2 - 10x + 1= 0`

a = 25, b = -10 and c = 1

∴ Discriminant = `b^2 - 4ac`

`=(-10)^2 - 4(25)(1)`

= 100 - 100 = 0

Since D = 0 then equation has two real and equal roots.
