Subject: Complaint regarding IFB Washing Machine purchased on 18th February, 2020; Order no. 33441237
This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased an IFB, top-load, 10kg washing machine from your store on 18th February, 2020. However, the machine has started giving me trouble. The model no. is IFBTL1817. The machine is making a lot of noise and the drying function has stopped working. The machine automatically ends the process upon rinsing.
I would request you to kindly send a technician across urgently or get the machine replaced as it is still in warranty. Please do the needful at the earliest.
