Y-20 Chaupal on Health and Wellness By Neeraj/Nirvita Our school organised the recent Y-20 Chaupal under the G-20 program, with the topic being "Health and Wellness." Twenty speakers from classes nine through twelve spoke during the event, which was held on February 2 in the school auditorium. Student speakers discussed subjects like mindfulness, yoga, diet, mental wellness, and physical fitness. Students were able to actively participate in the interactive sessions by asking questions and sharing personal experiences. Experts and guest speakers deepened the conversations about the resurgence of alternative therapies. Our school community was profoundly impacted by the event, which promoted awareness and comprehension of the value of health and wellbeing.
