Length of red ribbon = `6 1/6 "m" = 37/6 "m"`

Length of blue ribbon = `3 2/9 "m" = 29/9 "m"`

Total length of ribbon = `13/3 + 37/6 + 29/9`

`= (13 xx 6)/(3xx6) + (37 xx 3)/(6 xx 3) + (29 xx 2)/(9 xx 2)`   ....(LCM of 3, 6, 9 = 18)

`= (78 + 111 + 58)/18` 

`= 247/18`

`= 13 13/18` meters
