The rights of members with regard to participation in the annual general meeting:
(1) The members have the right to receive notice, agenda and circulars of all general meetings.
(2) They have the right to attend all annual general meetings of the company in person or by proxy.
(3) They have the right to speak and express their opinions on the issues or matters under discussion in the meetings.
(4) They have the right to vote on the resolution and proceedings in person or by proxy.
(5) The members have the right to demand poll and vote at poll.
(6) They have the right to call an extraordinary general meeting if the need arises. They also have the right to apply to the Company Law Board for calling an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company where it is impracticable to call such a meeting.
