प्रश्न
Answer the following question.
Explain the process of splicing of hn-RNA in a eukaryotic cell.
उत्तर
The primary transcript formed in eukaryotes are non-functional, containing both the coding region, exon and non-coding region, intron in RNA, and are called heterogeneous RNA or hn-RNA. hn-RNA undergoes a process where the introns are removed and exons are joined to form m-RNA (Functional) by the process called SPLICING.
