Briefly explain how the rate of transpiration is affected by:
The intensity of light.
उत्तर
Light intensity: It increases or decreases the rate of transpiration. In strong light, the rate of transpiration is more because stomata are wide open. In dim light or on a cloudy day the stomata are partially closed reducing the rate of transpiration.
