Violations of Human Rights Constitute a Threat to International Peace: Violations of Human Rights can cause mass-destruction and huge damage on a large scale. Take the example of the outbreak of the World War-II. If occurred, but due to the reasons for violating human rights. The fascist and Nazi rulers of Italy and Germany played havoc with innocent lives. In such circumstances, the inclusion of the fundamental rights in the constitution is quite essential which would otherwise be a threat to International Peace.
