प्रश्न
Distinguish between a mineral and an ore.
उत्तर
Minerals are naturally occurring compounds of metals which are generally mixed with other substances such as soil, sand, mud, limestone and rocks. Ores are those minerals from which the metals are extracted commercially at a comparatively lower cost and with minimum effort. All ores are minerals, but all minerals are not necessarily ores.
