2. Internet: The internet is one in which people on one computer can obtain information from another computer if they have authorization. It is a worldwide network infrastructure. It connects millions of computers worldwide, forming a network in which any computer can talk with any other computer as long as both are connected to the internet. It is a network of networks composed of private, public, academic, business, and government networks ranging from local to global in extent and linked by a diverse range of electronic, wireless, and services such as the World Wide Web, electronic mail, file sharing, etc.
3. E-mail: E-mail stands for electronic mail. E-mail is the communication of information from one computer terminal to another. It is a means of sharing mail amongst electronic device users. Email servers accept, forward, deliver, and store messages. It is not necessary for all users to be online at the same time. They are required to connect to a mail server for as long as it takes to transmit or receive messages.
