Dew drops form on the grass in winter.

In winter, the temperature drops at night, due to which the water vapour present in the air cools down and turns into water droplets through the process of condensation. When this cold air comes in contact with the surface of the grass, the water vapour condenses and collects on the grass in the form of dew droplets.
