How is a decision taken in the International Court of Justice?
उत्तर
Usually all the Judges hear the cases that come before the Court but the presence of a minimum nine members is essential. The decisions are taken by a majority vote and in case of a tie, President is empowered to give a casting vote. A State which is a party in a dispute, its national 4 as the Judge of the Court cannot take part in the decision of that particular case.
