The Muslim League was jubiliant over the resignation of the Congress Ministers. The Muslim league decided to celebrated the day as ‘Deliverance Day’. The Muslim League saw in it an opportunity to show its loyalty to the Government and promised all help in the War efforts on the condition that no constitutional scheme would be finalised without its approval.
