To communicate effectively on social media, follow the following netiquettes:

• When conversing online, always be kind and polite.
• Always say "Hello," "Good morning," or "Dear" before the person's name when you begin a conversation. Put your name at the end of the message, followed by a polite word like "Thank you" or "Regards."
• Don't use all capital letters when typing. It is similar to yelling during in-person conversations. Likewise, avoid using all lowercase letters when typing.
