Quad 1 (m1 + m3 + m9 + m11) = R’ C

Quad 2 (m10 + m11 + m14 + m15) = E S

Pair (m4 + m6) = E’ R C’

Hence F(E,R,S,C) = R’ C + E S + E’ R C’
