Solve each of the following equations by factorization : 

`6/x=1+x`

`6/x=1+x`  

⟹ `6 = x + x^2`
⟹` x^2 + x – 6 = 0`
⟹` x^2 + 3x – 2x – 6 = 0`
⟹` x (x+3) − 2 (x + 3) = 0`
⟹` (x+3) (x – 2) = 0`
Since `x + 3 = 0   "Or"   x – 2 = 0`
Then `x = – 3  "Or"  x = 2`
