प्रश्न
State Lenz's Law. In a closed circuit, the induced current opposes the change in magnetic flux that produced it as per the law of conservation of energy. Justify.
उत्तर
The frequency of incident radiation at which the photoelectric effect does not exist is known as the threshold frequency. The electron has no kinetic energy at the threshold frequency; it is simply ejected. Additionally, the electron is expelled with kinetic energy when the radiation with a frequency higher than the threshold frequency strikes the surface.
The law of conservation of energy acts as the foundation for Lenz's law. According to Lenz's law, the induced current always has a tendency to go against the cause. Therefore, we must use more effort in order to work against the opposing force. More current is induced as a result of the periodic shift in magnetic flux caused by this additional labor. According to the law of conservation of energy, the additional effort is simply converted into electrical energy.
