Hypostress is caused when a person has nothing to do at all. It is an insufficient amount of stress. When people have nothing to do, they get bored and if this feeling persists for a longer time, it results in hypo stress. Usually, people with hypo stress work unchallenging jobs, in which they become demotivated, unenthusiastic and restless. Hypostress may be due to work underload. so, it is not bliss.
