2. This device was first used on people on August 6, 1945, at Hiroshima. It devastated half of the city's population. On August 9, 1945, another atomic bomb was dropped on Nagasaki. Germany and Italy, two allied powers, had surrendered by that time. However, Japan did not agree to give up. However, the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki devastated the foundations of the Japanese government. Japan understood that it was no longer able to sustain the loss of lives and financial loss to its economy. Following the incident, Japan swiftly surrendered, bringing the Second World War to an end.
3. The Gandhian strategy consists of truth, sacrifice, nonviolence, selfless service, and cooperation.
   1. According to Gandhi, one should be fearless rather than cowardly.
   2. He should express his opinions, comments, and ideas without using violence.
   3. One should wage battle with the weapons of truth and nonviolence.
   4. Gandhi stated, "There is no god higher than truth."
   5. Gandhi believed that nonviolence was the ultimate answer to all of the world's problems.
