- Better conditions of work: A healthy and conducive work environment increases the level of efficiency. Facilities available in the workplace determine the labour efficiency to a great extent.
- Adequate training facility: Proper training facilities for labourers in India will
improve the efficiency of labour. This will increase the quantity of output produced by labour with better quality. - Attitude of labourers: Attitude of the ability and willingness of labourers to work and to learn skills depend on the health of a worker, on the wage rate and the standard of living. Improvement in the standard of living leads to an improvement in health through better nourishment. It also depends on the age of the labourer.
