प्रश्न
The speed of sound is more in hydrogen than in nitrogen. Is this statement true? Give a reason for your answer.
उत्तर
Yes. The reason is that the density of hydrogen is less than that of nitrogen and the speed of sound V ∝ 1/√Density, therefore the speed of sound is more in hydrogen than in nitrogen.
