Suman will need many people to run a restaurant. She should have the ability to interact and work together with the staff. She should also have information about different recipes, market rates of different foodstuffs, the liking of customers, and the responsibility to keep the restaurant clean and hygienic. Right from now, she should acquire skills of buying groceries and other provisions, cooking different dishes of food, etc. Even now, when she visits the hotels, she should keenly observe the working and organizing of the hotels.
